Logging into your body is as natural as checking your email. Let instructor Alejandro Perez, Jr. from with Dallas Malandros – Capoeira Angola Sao Bento Grande help develop your mind, body and spirit through the discipline of Capoeira. This 2-hour Capoeira workshop will combined ancient rituals and modern artistry into a rich cultural connection of motion, percussion, and song.
