Join us for an after-work reset sound bath meditation with Ellen Hoffman from The Movement Loft. During the sound bath you will lie back and reset your mind to the healing frequencies of crystal sound bowls, chimes and more. Our focus will be on mental clarity, stress relief and refocusing to boost your mood and maximize productivity for the rest of the day.
This 45-minute meditative session takes place outdoors in Sammons Park. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, and for extra comfort, consider bringing a yoga mat, and for extra comfort, consider bringing a blanket and a pillow. Wear comfortable clothing and dress according to the weather.
