*THE PLAY: Imaculada gathers her friends in a fortress-like mansion belonging to her absent employer, a wealthy Republican Congressman. Together the four women convert his luxurious basement man cave into their own spiritual war room and protective sanctuary from the violence of men, both real and supernatural.
The New York Times described MAN CAVE as “A political drama wrapped in the spooky pleasures of the horror genre…its shape feels like an act of resistance to the constraints of theatrical convention.”
A professionally filmed version of the play will be available for streaming for patrons uncomfortable returning to in-person events during the final week of performances: March 2 – 5.
