Experience the mindful stillness of yoga followed by playful experimentation with copper. Creativity is a wonderful means of healthy self-love as it offers such fun and a step down the path of trusting oneself.
Sherri Jones has decades of experience as an artist. Her inspiring watercolor floral paintings combine her love of nature with her passion for creativity. She is also a yin yoga teacher (RYT-500) and enjoys traveling and playing with her grandkids.
All supplies included. Yoga mats provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.
