Join the City of Keller Public Arts for a joyous family event in the final days leading up to Christmas. On Dec. 22 at 7 p.m. the Public Arts Board will present a unique Christmas experience through the eyes and art of Norman Rockwell, with narration, music by Chris Moore, and a Christmas sing-a-long.
