Documentary & Discussion: Fentanyl Factor


McKinney ISD Community Event Center

Fentanyl remains the deadliest drug threat facing this country.  Learn what you can do to protect yourself and loved ones.  Q&A discussion will follow the screening of an 18 min. documentary,'Fentanyl Factor'. This short film quickly explains what fentanyl is and how it's showing up in 'fake' or counterfeit pills.  Film and discussion are complimentary and appropriate for both parents and teens. Entire event is 1 hour in length.

Panelists for the Q&A discussion include: 

John-Mark Meulman, LPC, LCDC,  Program Administrator at Collin County Substance Abuse Program Keith Brown, Deputy Director of Texoma HIDTA (high intensity drug trafficking area). Keith is a retired DEA Senior Executive and Drug Recognition Expert with 25  years of experience. Becky Tinney, LMSW, CPS, Dir. Community Engagement, Recovery Resource CouncilPaul Chabot, Ed.D., former White House senior policy advisor on Justice and Drug Control Programs and a Commander in the Pacific Fleet of the United States Navy Reserve.
