STEM Family Fair

Fort Worth Museum of Science and History

The Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains Council is proud to invite you to the first annual STEM Family Fair hosted at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History.  But this event is not just for girls! At this community event, all are welcome to explore the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. The Fort Worth Museum of Science will have experiments to try, exhibits to visit, and the Planetarium will be open for shows. Robots, engineering, and the outdoors?! Oh my!

Here is what attendees can expect:

For Youth and Families: Come one, come all and explore the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. Special exhibitors will be located throughout the museum with hands-on activities for all! Meanwhile, the museum will have experiments to try, exhibits to visit, and the Planetarium open for shows. Robots, coding, and engineering, oh my! There is something do to for all.

For Parents/Leaders/Educators/Principals: Come ready to network with our featured STEM program partners! They are excited to tell you about their programs and collaborate with you to create programming that serves each age level. It will be an exciting night filled with discovering new ways support youth in STEM.

Our special exhibitors are excited to showcase and provide hands-on STEM discovery activities. Come one, come all - volunteers, troops, family and friends. This event will be like no other before. This is not a drop-off event; minors will need to be accompanied by an adult. Girl Scout members pay $7.50 and non-members pay $10.00. There is a $10 for parking per vehicle.
