Homage to Heritage by Chef Richard Sandoval and Healer Natalie Cruz

Join Chef Richard Sandoval at Toro Toro Fort Worth to honor the history and heritage of Hispanic and Latin traditions.

Help bring Hispanic Heritage Month to a close and usher in Dia de los Muertos by experiencing Mayan flavors and traditional Ceremony. Enjoy a colorful four-course brunch menu by Chef Richard Sandoval and a blessing of the Seven Directions by Mayan Priest and Ancestral Medicine practitioner Nataline Cruz. Cruz will also discuss the Copal Ceremony in which she burns the tree resin of pre-Columbian Meso-American tribes used for healing. Cruz’s ceremony will encompass honoring our ancestral heritage and paying tribute to our loved ones who have passed.

4-course Dia De Los Muertos Brunch Menu:

1st course - Tortilla Talavera, hand-pressed

2nd course - Antojitos Plate: Red Snapper Ceviche, Chicken Anticucho, Short Birria Rib Taco

3rd course - Brisket Benedict, Mole Coloradito Enchilada, Potatoes

4th course - Waffle with Cranberry Compote

9:45am – exclusive meet and greet for advance ticket purchasers

10am –Tortilla demonstration, 4-course DDLM Brunch and Ritual Experiences begins

12pm Formal Ritual Presentation guided by Nataline Cruz

1pm Seating for our classic Bottomless Brunch guests
