Looking for a dedicated time and space to put finishing touches on a sewing project? Or do you feel overwhelmed by jumping in on a new pattern? Odds are very good you’re not alone.
Join us for some mid-day sewing, where you can bring whatever’s on your sewing table, ask questions, all while you get to know some others in the sewing community.

About the Hosts
Tammy Shugart is a native Texan, and has called Oak Cliff home for 9 years! During the home-bound months of Covid, her love for sewing and thread crafts (cross stitch, embroidery) was renewed and she quickly became enthralled with garment sewing. She opened Staystitch - a local shop that sells garment fabric, notions, patterns, and thread craft kits and supplies - in November 2021, hoping to create communities that equip and empower people to explore and make!
Delaney Smith-Vaughn comes from the tall pines of Mississippi. She works with handmade paper and natural dyes, and lately has been diving back into sewing. Her dream is to create a completely handmade wardrobe.
