Opening Reception: Have a Safe Space! (or how to be vulnerable and unapologetic)

Tarrant County College South Campus - Carillon Gallery

Courtney Nicole Googe was the Artist-in-Residence at Tarrant County College this past year, and this solo exhibition showcases the results of her time there.  While she considers herself a printmaker first and foremost, this show will also include textile, video, and sculptural components. There will even be an opportunity for audience participation.

Courtney’s work is autobiographical; by allowing herself to be unguarded in the studio, her work contributes to the current conversation regarding social issues and mental health.

Opening Reception: Thursday, September 1, from 6-8pm
