We are very excited to announce our first “Summer Dance Workshop.” The Metroplex is home to some of the most talented dancers in the nation. We hope that our one-week workshop can serve as an enhancement to the technical training of each dancer. During this week we will explore the fundamentals of ballet, the fusion of modern dance techniques in contemporary dance, exploration of individual movement through improvisation, strength/conditioning catered specifically to the dancer, and jazz technique in rotation with hip hop classes. Summer training can provide a valuable tool to the dancer in preparation for the upcoming season. Our goal is to provide this opportunity locally and economically.
