Our BDC classes offer a dance experience that allows folks of all ages to enjoy movement, stay fit, and express. Classes are by zoom or in person with masks & social distancing. SIMPLE BALLET BARRE on Wednesdays, at 5 p.m. (CST) 6 p.m. (EST) is simple barre work, becoming more advanced with easy demonstration as we go.
Classes are FREE, but we’ll accept a donation of any amount, if possible, at the following:
