The 12th Annual Symphony of Chefs will return on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 6pm at the Armstrong Fieldhouse on the SMU Campus. This exquisite, evening of culinary composition is a signature KidLinks event providing the ultimate chef-driven dinner experience!
This year’s Chef Chairs Eric Dreyer, Executive Chef of Monarch Restaurants and John Kleifgen, Executive Chef of Nick & Sam’s Steakhouse will be joined by over 20 chef colleagues from across North Texas during this one-of-a-kind culinary evening. On the night guests will enjoy an hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a tableside prepared four-course dinner with wine pairings and a decadent dessert experience.
Additional highlights of the evening include live musical entertainment plus a silent & live auction featuring a variety of food & wine experiences. All proceeds will directly support KidLinks, a North Texas-based nonprofit that provides healing, hope and happiness for children and families through therapeutic music entertainment and music therapy programs. “Children today, more than ever need healthy, positive ways to connect with and express their emotions. All kids have a special need - some more physical or emotional than others, but as I like to say, KidLinks is there with a musical hug!” says Diana Crawford, CEO of KidLinks.
