Now offering three different day time class programs for homeschool families. Our broad age range serving Kinder-5th grade captures the whole family in one happy, messy, creative hour!
Drawing & Painting Club (Mon 11am-12pm) Give yourself some time in the studio to practice your skills and develop your ideas. Artists maintaining a healthy studio practice will create deeper connections and produce more personal works. Materials will be presented, prompts given, and students will be free to create with individual guidance provided only as needed.
Studio Kids (Wed 11am-12pm) Students learn about historical relevance and creative possibilities through a combination of structured learning and independent thinking. While developing their technical skills, students experience working in the styles of artists and art movements from ancient history to present day. We will explore lots of different art mediums - draw, paint, sculpt, collage, print, as well as their tools and techniques. Students keep a sketchbook for original ideas and observational drawings. This class is also available as a virtual option.
