“Yaa halla” means “welcome” in Arabic. This family-friendly, four-day event features seminars for Belly Dance, Tribal/Fusion Dance and Musical students of all levels, led by internationally acclaimed instructors and performers in the field of Middle Eastern entertainment. Each evening, the doors are opened at the Historic Palace Arts Center to the public for a night of breathtaking performances by International Stars, aspiring new dancers and musicians.
