Join us for a virtual book discussion led by Museum historians and educators. This session, we will discuss The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros.
The House on Mango Street is the remarkable story of Esperanza Cordero. Told in a series of vignettes – sometimes heartbreaking, sometimes joyous – it is the story of a young Latina girl growing up in Chicago, inventing for herself who and what she will become. This program is recommended for 6th – 12th grade students and adults.
Space is limited! Please register for one ticket per device used.
