Come dance in the water. It's harder than it looks! This is an introductory class on artistic swimming (formerly known as synchronized swimming) for adults.
Artistic swimming is a transformative but unique activity that builds personal health through exercise, community through friendships, and artistic expression through performance. Come give “synchro” a try! This one day class is scheduled from 6:30-8:00pm Allen Bolden Outdoor Pool in Arlington, TX and includes a free nose clip and a one day trial USA Artistic Swimming membership.
Requirements: Age 18+. Able to swim 100 yards in all deep water. Comfortable going upside down. One piece swimsuit and goggles. Swim cap recommended. Please note additional forms will be required prior to swimming (liability, photo/media release, COVID-19, and USA Artistic Swimming). Registration is required.
