Plano Symphony Orchestra Family Concert

A Plano Symphony Orchestra Family Concert encore performance will take place Sunday, May 16 at McKinney Performing Arts Center (111 N. Tennessee St., McKinney, TX 75069) at 3:00pm. The previous performance sold out in Plano. This 45-minute performance features a string quartet, flute and harp, and soloists from the Ballet Ensemble of Texas exploring how music sets a mood and brings characters to life. Music includes Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, Peter and the Wolf, music from Romeo and Juliet, the Arabian Nights and more to teach children ages 2 – 12 about the woodwind and string families of the orchestra. For all PSO performances, seating will be socially distanced and masks will be required.
