The Arts Center Presents is excited to mount a live production of Fernando Arrabals’s surreal absurdist The Architect and the Emperor of Assyria. Directed by Bert Pigg and performed by Shawn Gann and Meagan Harris, this production encourages audiences to challenge the notions that ethics and justice are undermined by human weakness as the main character imparts the notion of morality in an attempt to “civilize” the sole inhabitant of a desert island.
This classic play will be performed at the Fort Worth Community Art Center’s outdoor space Fridays and Saturday, May 7-29, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased on the Arts Center’s website at www.fwcac.org
