Join Business Council for the Arts' Leadership Arts Alumni for a virtual cooking class taught by Chef Aaron Collins of Cafe Momentum.
Chef Aaron will demonstrate recipes and teach three must-know cooking techniques including blanching, roasting, and searing. There will be options for ingredient swaps provided to make the meal vegetarian friendly if desired. Along with the main course, Chef Aaron will also teach us how to make a Moscow Mule (or "Mocktail Mule") and provide beer and wine suggested pairings.
One lucky attendee of the cooking class will recieve a $100 gift card to Cafe Momentum!
Ticket sales for the event will go directly towards funding scholarships for incoming class members of the Leadership Arts Institute, a program that develops the next generation of business leaders who will further the arts and culture community in North Texas.
