Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas Exhibit at Galleria Dallas

Galleria Dallas

This is an in-person event

For the past seven years, Galleria Dallas has hosted teams of local Girl Scouts as they practiced design, engineering and architecture skills with Cookie Box Creations. That local event will not occur this year, but that won’t stop area Girl Scouts from sharing their message, and their tasty cookies, with Galleria Dallas shoppers.

Throughout the month of March, Galleria Dallas shoppers will enjoy a historic retrospective of Girl Scouting from 1912 to the present. The engaging visual timeline, on Level 1 outside of Apple, will highlight the history of Girl Scouts as well as landmarks in the organization’s history. The exhibit celebrates the ways in which scouting has been proactive for women and girls across the decades. As a part of the exhibit, guests can use a QR code to donate boxes of Girl Scout cookies to healthcare heroes at Children’s Health.

Fridays and Saturday in March, teams of Girl Scouts will be offering curbside purchase and delivery of cookies from the circular drive along Galleria Dallas’ storied Alley, adjacent to The Blue Fish and facing Dallas North Tollway. The organization hopes the combination of donated cookie sales and direct curbside sales will help them recoup over 100,000 boxes of lost sales due to changes forced by the pandemic.
