In this seven-week, online class, students will explore the Harold, the ultimate group mind long-form developed by Del Close and Charna Halpern at iO Theatre. Students will practice finding the game of the scene and expanding those games into 2nd and 3rd beats while exploring themes and ideas throughout the piece as an ensemble. Students will then build off these skills to explore additional performance formats, such as La Ronde and the Monoscene. This class will culminate in an online showcase. The prerequisite for this class is Level Four at Stomping Ground or equivalent experience.
