Our dedicated skilled crafters have been working diligently all year, creating beautiful and unique items for this year’s Craft Show. Come join us in a spring fling of clever and creative crafts as well as delicious treats and find something special from someplace special.
Money Raised
The proceeds from this fundraiser (your booth fees) will be used to help continue to offer instruments, uniforms, and scholarships for band members. Each month, instruments and uniforms are needing costly repairs some are desperately needing replacement.
Band Booster Services
Guyer Band Boosters is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2005 to address the needs of the band students and directors. Over the years, this program has provided services, instruments, uniforms and scholarships in South Denton.
VENDORS:
Check in at our show begins at 7am on Saturday, April 11, 2020, no earlier, as we will be completing final details from 6am - 7am. Check-in before unloading your vehicle. After you are unloaded, please park your car in B or F parking lots on either side of GHS (see attached vendor rules for parking). Thank you for leaving parking in front of the school empty for all of YOUR shoppers to support YOU. Students and parents will be there to help you load and unload before and after.
Requests & Corner Booths—Since there has been an increased demand by vendor’s requesting specific booth’s and/or corner booth’s the following fees will apply:

Corner booths are a premium space and limited. These are an additional charge of $25, non-refundable. Please list on your application 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th choices. To ensure that you have received your corner booth, register early!

Specific Booth Requests are an additional charge of $25, non-refundable. Please list on your application 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th choices. If you only list 1 choice and no other choice is provided, we reserve the right to place you as close as possible to your requested booth.
