Experience "Night of the Living Dead" like never before starting this Friday, October 16th at 7:30pm when the J. Edgar Hoover Drama Club presents their first radio play, broadcast LIVE from Evansville Community Radio KEDA. The production features student and adult actors, and a few undead. KEDA's Night of the Living Dead will be live streamed at 7:30pm for three days: Friday, October 16 - Sunday, October 18 and available on demand starting Friday, October 23 - visit https://eastdallasarts.org for tickets.

A global pandemic has caused all theaters to close, but the Drama Club at J. Edgar Hoover High School in Evansville found a way to perform their fall production of Night of the Living Dead. The local community radio station, KEDA, agreed to broadcast the production as a live radio show, but the production takes a deadly turn. Written by East Dallas Arts' Artistic Director, Tom Parr, and Kristen Parr, and adapted from Night of the Living Dead, KEDA’s Night of the Living Dead documents what happened that night at the radio station when life began to imitate art.
