Live with Natalia Sylvester - Virtual

Dallas Public Library - J. Erik Jonsson Central Library

Go live with one of our DPL Personal Librarians and author, Natalia Sylvester! Listen and participate in this live podcast recording of PLP Fiction (But not just fiction!). Natalia will talk about the importance of voting and how imperative it is for women to vote, along with her book Running.

Running is the story of fifteen-year-old Cuban American Mariana Ruiz’s. Mariana's father runs for president and she begins to see him through new eyes. This is a book about standing up for what you believe in.

Natalia was born in Peru, and lived in Florida and Texas. She received a BA in creative writing from the University of Miami and is a freelance writer in Texas. Running is her first young adult novel.
