Trinity: Chris Adams, James Flowers, Sam Ivie


Lewisville Grand Theater

Trinity is an exhibit that features the work of three artists: Chris Adams, James Flowers and Sam Ivie. Chris Adams is an art professor at South Plains College who specializes in printmaking and creates large-scale works on paper with watercolor, charcoal, ink and photography. James Flowers works for the University of North Texas and creates photographic works with wax mounted on board using found objects as subject matter. Sam Ivie creates meticulous portraits and invented paintings or drawings on paper and board – his images are primarily in watercolor, ink on paper and acrylic. Admission is free, and the gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, and some select evenings and Sunday hours. To reach MCL Grand from I-35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. MCL Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall.
