Hershey Felder: Beethoven, Live from Florence

“A powerful one man show…If you are a fan of Beethoven, music, or even just an interesting foray into the life of an ordinary man who became a musical genius then Hershey Felder: BEETHOVEN is a show you do not want to miss.” – BroadwayWorld San Diego

Mark your calendar for a special live stream event, Hershey Felder: Beethoven, Live from Florence. Experience what The Chicago Sun Times called “a hypnotic production” from the comfort of your own home while being virtually transported to Florence for a dazzling performance by world-renowned classical entertainer, Hershey Felder.

Based on Memories of Beethoven: Out of the House of Black-Robed Spaniards, Felder brings Beethoven to life through the eyes of Viennese Dr. Gerhard von Breuning, who spent his boyhood caring for the aging Maestro. The one-man musical play features some of the composer’s most well-known compositions from his keyboard works such as the “Emperor Concerto” to the 5th and 9th Symphonies, his keyboard sonatas, and chamber music selections. Viewers also get the opportunity to vote in the Hershey Felder Presents Arts Prize Competition, in honor of Beethoven’s 250th birthday.
