The Storytellers VR Lounge is a collaborative platform for authors who want to share their work with the vast virtual community looking for online art and entertainment. We're organizing virtual book readings to support readers and writers alike who have already embraced the socially cyber Wild West in fully realized online worlds like Somnium and Alt Space. Just think of us as a digital indie cafe - you just have to bring your own coffee. The first Lounge session will feature a reading from the book "Mash-Up," recently optioned for development at Fox Television. It's a hard-boiled hacker noir, featuring IT gumshoe Samantha "Sam" Cache tackling deepfake tech, transhuman cultists and murder to unravel the cyber crime of the century.
