CANCELED - Oak Cliff Earth Day 2020

Mark your calendars for the 13th Oak Cliff Earth Day to be held April 19, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Lake Cliff Park 1200 N. Zang Blvd Dallas TX 75203. For more information check the Oak Cliff Earth Day website or Facebook page.

 The grassroots green festival was launched in 2007 by volunteers who wanted to educate the community on eco-friendly living. These volunteers have partnered with, the Memnosyne Institute, parent of GreenSourceDFW and longtime festival sponsor.

Oak Cliff Earth Day will feature a diverse line-up of entertainment, environmental education booths and green vendors along with food and fun for the kids. 

The terrarium workshop by Methodist Dallas returns to Oak Cliff Earth Day 2020

 Methodist Dallas Medical Center will host free terrarium workshops for kids at the 2020 Oak Cliff Earth Day on Sunday, April 19.  There will be a total of 4 workshops, the first one starts at 12:30 p.m. Each workshop lasts 30 min, with the last workshop at 2 p.m. Each participant will get to make a terrarium to take home.

Space is limited to 25 children per session and will be granted on a first-come-first-served basis.

Vendor space is still available thru March 19 for $30 for nonprofits and $55 for for-profit businesses. (It's $55-$80 after March 19). If you register after March 19th, the festival organizers can’t guarantee that there will be a table and 2 chairs for vendors.Dallas County and city groups can register at no charge. 

 In addition, sponsorships are available at http://oakcliffearthday.com/sponsors/be-a-sponsor/ . Sponsorship levels start at $100.  This is a great way to get your name in front of green-minded folks in North Texas. You're also supporting our mission to promote green living, eco-friendly businesses, environmental conservation and awareness of environmental issues in North Texas.
