Ro2 is pleased to present Back to the Future, a group show featuring new and favorite works by various artists who have previously exhibited in the space. The show will run from February 15 through March 14, 2020. There will be an opening reception held on Saturday, February 15 from 7-10 PM at Ro2’s Downtown location located at 110 N. Akard St. Dallas, TX 75201.
As Ro2 Art enters the gallery's tenth year, we're proud to present “Back to the Future,” a group show that pays homage to our first five years within a nostalgic space. The artists include Mark Burt, Joshua Goode, TJ Griffin, Terry Hays, Bumin Kim, Yunie Lee, Jesse Meraz, Mark Nelson, Alex Paulus, Julon Pinkston, Jason Reynaga, Kathy Robinson-Hays, Erica Stephens, David Van Ness, Peggy Waters, James Zamora, and more. This inaugural exhibition kicks-off our Downtown return and features new and favorite works by artists who have previously exhibited in this space at the base of the historic Kirby Building on Akard St. between Main and Elm.
About Ro2 Art
Ro2 Art, a contemporary fine art gallery located in The Cedars Neighborhood near Downtown Dallas, represents a diverse group of emerging, mid-career, and established contemporary artists – many with ties to the North Texas Region. The gallery, founded in 2010 by mother-and-son partners Susan Roth Romans and Jordan Roth, regularly collaborates with organizations such as The MAC and Cedars Union and maintains an exhibition program within the Magnolia Theatre at West Village and other satellite venues. Ro2 Art has been named Dallas Observer's "Best Art Gallery" and was presented with the 25th Annual Obelisk Award for small business by the North Texas Business Council for the Arts. The gallery's art fair program has included the Dallas Art Fair, Texas Contemporary, and Art Aspen.
