We feel it is important to be in practice and play with your chosen art form, so we have developed a performance art conditioning series. Think of it as a weekly artist workout. Our Dance Conditioning Classes will rotate teachers and styles- pilates, hip hop, improv, choreography, etc. All designed to keep you on your toes (literally). Keep exploring, discovering, and growing. This class is designed for professional movers, but all are welcome.
