Turkey Roll Bicycle Rally

Immaculate Conception Catholic Church - Denton

Work off those Thanksgiving calories before you take a single bite at the annual Turkey Roll Bicycle Rally! This yearly bike race has variable lengths (anywhere from 8 miles to 68 miles!) and is the Saturday before Thanksgiving Day, with all proceeds benefiting the programs of the Denton Breakfast Kiwanis, which includes sponsorship of eight youth leadership clubs (Circle K, Key Club, Builders Club) and their Tiny Libraries project, which provides books for school-aged children.

This, the 37th Turkey Roll Bicycle Rally, has five (5) routes, including one 8 mile route, especially for families with kids and challenged riders. There will be plenty of sag wagons and rest stops, including Rudy’s Bar-B-Q stop for the 68 milers, with each route well marked and as welcoming as ever.

The Ride Send-Off: Saturday, November 23, 2019, at 9 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (ICCC), 2255 N. Bonnie Brae, in Denton. Denton Breakfast Kiwanis members will be there as early as 7 a.m. to welcome and register riders. The church is at the corner of Windsor and Bonnie Brae (From 380, travel north; from Loop 288N, travel south). Enter the ICCC campus from Bonnie Brae for registration and parking.
