’Twas the night before Christmas and all through the town,
Verdigris Ensemble brought warmth all around,
With Poems, premieres, sweet hymning, and song,
Narration with story and a few sing-alongs,
What an experience of modern and classics,
illuming Clement Clarke Moore’s Santa fantastic,
Twining poetry with music brought the story to life,
as if I could see Santa’s toys, books, and fife,
The concert was unique and different that way,
So different indeed that you’ll want to replay,
So come to the concerts and enjoy this rare sight,
for the wonder-filled singing will bring hearts delight,
Bring a friend to the concert, or two, or three,
We promise they’ll love it and certainly agree,
That Christmas live music is special and fun,
For the kids and adults and most everyone.
