Latino Arts Project hosts Día de Muertos Celebration

Latino Arts Project

In celebration of Día de Muertos, an authentic exhibition titled Betsabeé Romero: An Altar in Their Memory will be on display at Latino Arts Project, a permanent pop-up museum, from October 29 – November 17.

Designed by internationally acclaimed Mexican visual artist Betsabeé Romero, the Día de Muertos altar honors immigrants who have lost their lives while trying to cross the border and those who have fallen due to gun violence. Romero’s work has been featured on five continents with more than 100 individual exhibitions. Come visit Latino Arts Project to celebrate Día de Muertos while you enjoy an interactive concert, learn through STEAM activations and design your personal Día de Muertos altar.
