On Wednesday, November 13, at 6:30 p.m. Sassetta will host Rome-based food writer and author Katie Parla for a dinner celebrating her new cookbook, “Food of the Italian South.” The evening will feature a four-course, family-style dinner by Sassetta’s Executive Chef Nancy Santivanez inspired by recipes from the book served alongside optional wine pairings.
Throughout the dinner, the award-winning author will be available to personalize books and mingle with guests.
Reservations are required in advance and are available for $80 per person and $130 per person with wine pairing. The price of the ticket includes a signed copy of the book and excludes tax and gratuity.
