Annual Castle Hills Fall Festival Brings Cornucopia of Autumn Activities to Village Shops
Family-friendly event welcomes chili weather
The Annual Castle Hills Fall Festival is returning to the Castle Hills Village Shops on Saturday, October 26, from 5 to 8 p.m. The event offers fall-themed, family-friendly activities and a chili cook-off for the whole family. Admission to the festival is FREE and everyone is welcome! The Village Shops is located at 2520 King Arthur Blvd. in the Castle Hills community in Lewisville.
This year’s festival will feature bounce houses, carnival games, face painters, a balloon artist, a trackless train, costume trunks and photo booths, giveaways, fall arts & crafts hosted by Design Time art studio, and more. Pumpkins will be available to purchase and decorate for $5 from the pumpkin patch, with proceeds benefitting the Hebron High School Choir. The exotic petting zoo returns and this year features a baby llama. A DJ will keep everyone entertained and take-out concessions will be available for purchase from several Village Shops retailer locations as well as a popular local food truck.
TKO Libations, the Village Shops’ craft brewery, will host the event’s 3rd Annual Chili & Cornbread Cook-Off, sponsored by the Castle Hills HOA. All Fall Festival guests may purchase a $5 ticket at the event to taste the dishes and vote for the winners.
