The Big Deal: Trinity Shakespeare Festival At Texas Christian University

by Zoee Acosta 27 Jun 2018 8:31 AM

Trinity Shakespeare Festival celebrates their 10th anniversary by repeating their first season! The festival will run June 19-July 8 on the campus of Texas Christian University with “Romeo and Juliet” and “Twelfth Night” playing in repertory.

“Twelfth Night” is considered by many to be Shakespeare’s greatest comedy. The story of twins, Viola and Sebastian, making their way, separately, through a new and strange land. “Twelfth Night” will be performed in the Hays Theatre in the Walsh Performing Arts Center. “Romeo and Juliet” is Shakespeare’s signature work of love and passion. Shakespeare’s most memorable characters are revealed in this breathtaking and sweeping look at young love gone awry. It will be performed in the Buschman Theatre in Ed Landreth Hall.

In addition to receiving a pair of tickets to the play and performance of your choice, our Big Deal winner will also receive two Trinity Shakespeare Festival t-shirts.
