To call Bill Frisell a jazz guitarist is almost limiting. He’s also composer, arranger, leader – and his style is all over the map.
Among his achievements in 2011: All We Are Saying, a remarkable group effort reinterpreting the songs of John Lennon. He’s kicking off 2012 with a show at The Kessler.
