Johnny Winter got his big break recording with Muddy Waters. But the blues guitarist from Beaumont has certainly become a legend in his own right. It’s tempting to post videos from the ’70s flowing-hair, flowing-shirts era. But this little version of “Dust My Broom” was caught just last year in Spain and gives you a sense of the licks you might see on stage when Winter performs Feb. 1 at The Granada.
