The Big Deal: The Haunted Orchestra with Dallas Symphony Orchestra

by Sarah Hennigan 17 Oct 2012 7:35 AM

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra is joining in the Halloween celebrations this year with a special performance called the Haunted Orchestra on Oct. 28. The show is about nerdy Mr. Kirby who “doesn’t believe in the magical power of music. But when the conductor waves his magic baton, strange things begin to happen!” The Haunted Orchestras explores classics including Handel, Wagner and Strauss throughout Kirby’s enchanted journey.

Guests are also invited to come early for family activities in the lobby of the Meyerson such as arts & crafts tables, open dance floors and a costume contest. Four lucky Big Deal winners will receive a family four-pack of tickets.

You must be an Art&Seek e-newsletter subscriber to win.
