The Out of the Loop Fringe Festival returns to the Addison Theatre and Conference Centre. WaterTower Theatre presents the 10-day celebration of theatre, dance, music and art. This year’s festival will see the return of some favorites, as well as new artists and performing arts groups. Twenty new works will be showcased at the festival including seven World Premieres.
