Like your animal adventures a little on the wild side? Then head to McKinney to the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary for their Dinosaurs Live! exhibit. This is the 12th year for the very popular life-size animatronic dinosaurs exhibit. There along the sanctuary’s nature trails, you’ll encounter a 46-foot T-Rex and nine new life-size animatronic dinosaurs. Visitors can see the dinosaurs move and hear them roar. Of course, there will be designated dinos available for photo ops! And this year, the exhibit has added an outdoor fossil dig for little paleontologists.
