The Big Deal: DSO Presents Symphonie Fantastique & Brahms Violin Concerto

by Gila Espinoza 1 May 2019 1:31 AM

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra will present Symphonie Fantastique and Brahms Violin Concerto for three performances, May 16-19 at Meyerson Symphony Center. Pablo Heras-Casado will conduct violinist Renaud Capuçon and orchestra for the passion-filled program.  The invigorating Violin Concerto by Brahms introduces an evening with strong contrasts of obsession, ecstasy and desire, as the hallucinatory Symphonie fantastique by Berlioz conjures its spell. Be the lucky winner of this Big Deal and receive a pair of tickets to attend the May 16 concert.
