The Chinese Lantern Festival is here at the State Fair of Texas through Oct. 21. Making its Southwestern debut, the festival is both a collection of authentic Chinese art and a breathtaking light show at night. The festival features traditional animals and an astounding 110-yard-long, larger-than-life dragon made from 15,000 porcelain dishes tied together by hand.
