The Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth will ring in 2014 with a concert featuring Artistic Director, Gary Levinson and Friends. The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth will host the Jan. 4 concert entitled, Levinson and Friends: String with Flair.
Mr. Levinson will perform on an Antonio Stradivari violin, crafted in 1726. He will be joined by several friends for this performance.
- Violinist, Felix Olschofka, Associate Professor of Violin at University of North Texas
- Violist, Michael Klotz of the Amernet Quartet
- Cellist, Carter Enyeart, former CMSFW Co-Artistic Director
- Double bass, Eugene Levinson, who not only served as the distinguished Principal Bass of the New York Philharmonic for 25 years but also happens to be Gary Levinson’s father.
