The Big Deal: ‘Celebrate The Children’ At The Dallas Arboretum And Botanical Garden

by Felix Kalvesmaki 26 Jun 2019 1:30 AM

American sculptor Gary Lee Price’s award-winning sculptures are on display in public and private collections throughout the world, and now you can see many of them up close. “Celebrate the Children,” an art exhibition designed and created by Price, is currently on view at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden through October 15.

The exhibition features more than 25 different bronze sculptures displayed throughout the garden, many of them are of Price’s own children. The exhibition encourages guests to revisit childhood memories with these lovingly hand-produced works, ranging from 2 to 7.5 feet tall and with one sculpture weighing more than 1,300 lbs.

Enter this Big Deal for a chance to win a family pack of four tickets to the Dallas Arboretum, parking fee included. Plan your visit to the lush 66-acre arboretum before October 15, and see works of Gary Lee Price in “Celebrate the Children.”

After signing up here, take a minute to check out our two other Big Deals – An Evening with Jane Fonda at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas and Amphibian Stage Productions presents “Gutenberg! The Musical” in Fort Worth.
