by Gila Espinoza 7 Jun 2017 8:31 AM

Bruce Wood Dance Project’s summer production is JOURNEYS on June 16-17 at the Dallas City Performance Hall. The production will feature two Bruce Wood revivals – “Schmetterling,” set to Mozart’s Concertos Nos. 21 + 23; and “Zero Hour,” a sultry, enticing work set to the music of Argentinian legend Astor Piazzolla. Culminating the evening’s performance will be the world premiere of “Chasing Home” featuring a new score by the acclaimed New York composer Joseph Thalken and choreographed by BWDP choreographer Albert Drake III.  Thalken will also be on hand to conduct the Dallas Chamber Symphony for this premiere. Enter for a chance to let BWDP take you on a fascinating journey through three distinct artistic landscapes. Winning pair of tickets will be valid for the Friday evening performance on June 16.
