The Big Deal: AT&T Performing Arts Center Presents Miranda July’s Lost Child

by Francesca Paris 22 Jun 2016 8:31 AM

Miranda July is an award-winning filmmaker and best-selling author, but her most interesting story is her own personal story of how she got where she is today. July will talk about her journey in “Lost Child!,” part of the #hearhere speaker series at the AT&T Performing Arts Center.

July wrote, directed and starred in “Me and You and Everyone We Know,” which won a special jury prize at the Sundance Film Festival and four prizes at the Cannes Film Festival. She also wrote, directed and starred in “The Future” in 2011. Win this pair of tickets and you’ll hear Miranda July talk books, movies, shoes and more at the July 8 event at the Winspear Opera House.
