When the Oscar nominations were announced last week, you shouldn’t have felt bad if you were unfamiliar with the documentary nominees – most of them haven’t come to town yet.
But one of them – Pina – will show up pretty soon. It’s Wim Wenders’ tribute to choreographer Pina Bausch – and it’s in 3D!
An Oscar nomination, 3D – sounds like it could be good, right? Lucky for you, there is an advance screening of it on Thursday at Studio Movie Grill in Dallas. And we’ve got passes to giveaway. All you’ve got to do is print one off and show up early – admission is not guaranteed as it is a first come, first served deal. But if you go, you’ll have a leg up on filing out your submission to the company Oscar pool.
