- The Texas Watercolor Society presents their 68th Annual National Exhibit at the Patterson-Appleton Arts Center in Denton. The goal of the TWS is to shine the spotlight on some of the of the best artists working in the unique medium of watercolor.
- The winners of the Trinity River Corridor Project’s eighth annual photography contest exhibition “Experience the Trinity” are honored tonight at a reception. Their photographs are a rare look into new construction projects, beautiful flora and fauna and areas of the city not often traveled. See the winners work at the Janette Kennedy Gallery.
- Also, this week’s your last chance to see Dallas Theater Center’s “Inherit the Wind” at the Kalita Humphreys Theater. The classic play explores evolution, creationism, and McCarthyism in this fictionalized account of Scopes “Monkey” Trial of 1925.
